Pharmaceutical Balls
Problem:
Small delicate balls used for growing cultures must have no surface defects and no voids.
Solution:
Create a high-speed vision system that would take several pictures of a ball as it rolled between the lighting system and the camera at a rate of 30 per second. Reject the defective ones out with an air blast.
