High-Speed Fastener Sorting/Inspection

The Cyprovision Mach 7 ultra fast automated vision inspection system from Dunkley International, Inc., Kalamazoo MI, USA, is capable of sorting fasteners up to 10 times the speed of other machines.  The machine is also veratile, capable of inspecting bolts, washers, screws and more at very high throughput rates (up to 3000 ppm).  The machine sorts out mixed foreign material and damaged parts with no need for an operator.
